I’m just gonna make this short and sweet…

About fourteen years ago, I met a young, handsome, recently enlisted Army man at a wedding. When the wedding ended, we went our separate ways. One headed to Alaska to continue his tour, the other back to Fresno to finish college. Life happened. Heartbreak happened. Then magic happened and we crossed paths again.

Five years ago today, I walked down the aisle to my best friend. We listened to the top ten things we loved most about one another and danced to Ben Harper. Since then, he has given me laughter, tears of joy, three beautiful humans, and endless memories. I don’t care how tough life gets. As long as I have you by my side, we will figure it out…with some cold 805’s and some J in the B tacos. I love you Ryan…like Ben Harper sang on our wedding night…forever.
